About SNonComms
I’m Steff Norman, a multi-skilled theatre practitioner based across the South Wales and Liverpool areas. I specialise in Stage Management, Prop Making, and Creative Technical Work — supporting productions from the rehearsal room through to final performance.

My passion for theatre began in secondary school, first as a performer before discovering my love for backstage work during a workshop. I went on to train in Production Arts at Gower College Swansea, completing a two-year BTEC course with a Merit and gaining hands-on experience across a variety of productions.

I continued my training at university, where I expanded my skills in stage management, construction, prop making, and creative technical processes. I’ve worked on numerous projects, including the opportunity to collaborate with The Everyman Theatre, Liverpool, which led to my professional debut as Deputy Stage Manager on A Monster Calls.

I bring strong organisation, adaptability, and a calm head under pressure to every production. Whether supporting rehearsals, making and sourcing props, problem-solving technical challenges, or running tech weeks, I’m committed to helping each show run smoothly on stage and backstage.
